Dont feel bad, I had an idiot moment and took this load to Ft. Drum. I knew better, but for some unknown reason I took it. They wouldnt take it Friday after i busted butt to get here.... Its the old addage, Definition of insanity....

 

Sort of like me taking a load to Miami? I'm matched to one load and it goes 20 miles. I wanted to go west, not all the way south. I instantly regretted it after booking it but oh well. I haven't ran 95 in awhile, so I guess it's a nice change?!

 

yep, I did some home time and for once I stayed off the internet, did odd jobs around the house, but in saying that I also repaired my apu generator, replaced 3 batteries in the truck, put a set of tires on the pickup, built a new set of steps off the back porch,deck. I loaded to okie city for Monday to keep from going broke at home. I am reloaded out of norman for Lexington, Kentucky, then its off to Louisville for 6 month inspection.

That's a KILLER empty weight Kona!! Didn't see any chains, binders, straps etc in/on the bulkhead? You storing them in the side boxes of the trailer, headache rack? If not what is your empty weight with all you gear? Also, what's the beam rating and cross member spacing on that Mac?

Very good looking setup!! Keep us posted. I pull a Quick Draw and would consider pulling for Mercer should the work be there for the setup.

Want to go Flatbed in Oct. I am pulling Van Mercer now. How much money do I need to get started for equipment.

 

Doesn't that seem backward...start flatbed in the fall?
