factoring with apex

I use Apex. Have for about 4 years. I don't use any of their other services. It's nice that I don't have to send all my invoices in to be factored and if I want to release a company all it takes is a phone call and within 10 minutes usually company is sent an email.
I like that I can check companies pay history before I take their load.

 

I factored with them in 2012. My agreement stated there was no minimum and I did not have to factor all my customers. They canceled my contract and would no longer do business with me because I didn't use them enough......

 

Just to make sure I am doing the right thing, is this the same as a credit check system offered by a factoring co?

 

Just contacted APEX to get info about factoring. Their advertisement says "No minimums" yet they told me on the phone that if I did not factor over 8k per month with them they drop people. Well I told them what was in their advertisement, and in the info they sent me in the mail. Needless to say the salesman on the phone contradicted everything that was sent to me in the mail. To include that no reserves were necessary. The mailed info said one thing....they said something completely different when I called them to compare notes.

 

people think brokers are scumbags.... I have far less regard for factoring companies.

 

Has any one here factor with interstate capital?

Have been factoring with TAFS and really considering moving on ....

I spoke with Interstate Capital and they want you to factor a minimum of $10K a month
