The GPS helped make my job easier when doing multi-stops, I was able to enter all the stops in the order I was doing my deliveries and just made the whole day easier.

Ever drive in a complete white out at 2am on a road that you have been on a thousand times and not have a clue where you were because all the signs are covered in snow ?
-
ummm yes.....so what's ur point
-
Well....................the GPS, believe it or not ,TELLS YOU WHERE YOU ARE
-
defenitly comes in handy during them winter storms.
i wished it was around when i first started driving. i swear we never went anywhere when my teammate drove. hated not knowing where i was at any given time even when i drove.
i actually bought the first microsoft that came out. if you all want to complain about lousy gps's. that first edition would be it. but it was new technology at that time. -
GPS is great as long as you don't take the turn-by-turn as absolute gospel. If it doesn't look right...DON'T DO IT, regardless of what the GPS says!!!
PChase Thanks this. -
Indeed. Yesterday, my Rand did NOT want me to use the Fulton Industrial Hwy to get to my pick-up. First it wanted me to stay on the 285 and take back roads. Then, not until I was ONE mile from the street I actually needed did it finally stop telling me to make U turns. It's one of the reasons I Google map every location I go to.
mitrucker Thanks this.
