Most of the OTR guys who have been around the industry for more than 2 years are earning more than 50K over the year. Last year I made 43 CPM on actual miles driven, not counting training pay for total of $57K.
Without seeing the exact add I would say that the local gig pays "UP TO $50K". Schneider is usually pretty good about doing what they say they will do. Whether or not you like what they say is a different matter entirely. -
Most of the schneider ads ive seen say 52-55k for the local positions. I just wanted to know if anyway has had any experience with there local positions.

I run regional intermodal out of Charlotte. I work M-F, I might spend two nights a week in the truck. On a good week I can bring home $950. I'm on track to make over $61k this year.
-
How many miles you run a week? I'm out of Chicago doing 1600-2000. My goal is over 2000
-
I average 1800 to 2200 a week..... my best was 2500 in five days. On a good week I can make over $300 in accesorial pay.
-
I make 800-1100 a week gross Schneider Chicago local dry van division. I make more than what I was otr. Home daily and weekends off
-
That was on a dedicated account, right?
One of the Dollar/general/family/tree accounts?
Why did you leave it? -
Well update now it's 1800 to 2200! Same 2500 was my best in 5 days but I could do 3000 if I work my 2 days off
