Crude oil is $86 today.... beginning of the end?

    Yeah I haul crude and have noticed it in the last two weeks. A couple days we get three loads instead of four or five.

    That's hopefully how it will play out. Everybody backs off a little for a while to let things level off. Once the correction is made, then prices will begin to build back.

    All depends on what the Saudis and opec do, if this is a price correction, short term, or a longer low price for crude, which will cause problems.

    Thats how it tends to go Im noticing, oil slows in the winter and we get heavy on the frac/fresh water/production/rig work side of things at my yard. Summer time, oil haulers go hard and we are less busy.

    My discount for diesel was 3.94 last week. Same place today is at 3.46. Talk about iffy

    Don't worry just enjoy the low prices while you can, Why? For it will soon go up even higher than it was before the prices started dropping.

    Of course for us in our mid-sixties the price of gas or fuel is still quite high even though some call it cheap.
