Almost all of them but the ones with better pay packages nd benefits needs at least 6 months to a year and honestly i wouldn't jump to a ltl job fresh out of school because P&D or Linehaul requires experience, common sense nd everything. Go get a year otr experience, make yourself more valuable nd come back for a ltl job then you know the office management aint gonna have no doubt, tracking you every minutes like where the hell is this guy, is he moving, he better dont get lost. Just saying duh nd good luck with whatever decision you make.

The fact that you are only 21 is going to make you unmarketable due to insurance reasons for many carriers. Many companies I looked at want you to be at least 23. I also graduated from Sage, which was enough to meet most LTL company requirements and did go local right away... But I was seven years older than you when I applied.

Yea I wish I was at least 23. Other than going otr or ltl the oilfield is my only other option. I just put an app in for a frac hand but that's hardly any driving and I want to drive but ill take it if nothing else happens.

I also put an app in a water truck company that says they'll hire w/o exp so will see how it goes. I live in North east Pa btw

    Apply to any major terminals.

Conway freight in Louisville gave me the cold shoulder starting out but Indianapolis was wanting me to come up and be a Hoosier.

Consider moving seriously if you haven't.
You aren't going to get equal opportunities until you are over 25 at the majority of companies.

Its straight up age discrimination in your face. Messed up right?

In PA....check out ABF. I know they hire without experience (on a terminal by terminal basis).

I started with Con-way Freight back in 2011, with zero experience. But I went to an accredited truck driving school, so that may have helped.

If you wanna go FXF, then just apply. Worse comes to worse they would say No. Or they might give you a dockworker/driver combo job (with driver being a very minor role until they trust you enough to not break anything). Good luck.
