IFS Trucking in Tilbury ON Canada gives the driver a $20 gift card from Tim Hortons coffee with a clean inspection.

Roadrunner pays $200 per clean inspection capped at 5 per quarter ($1000) . Get 5 clean inspections per quarter ($4000) and get an additional $3000 at the year's end.

Crete pays $25 for a Level 2 and 3, and $35 for a Level 1. But only if you pass.
But it is so rare to get DOT'd, but I did pass a Level 3 Monday in Tennessee along I-40 -
$25 per clean inspection at Lessors.

Epes pays 25 for a level 1 and 50 for a level 2 or 3
think they're changing their bonus structure some since I've been there but they do pay for clean inspections
I got 50 the last clean level 2 I got before I left there 6 months
