Speeding, no seat belt and on a No Truck road? I would forget the Class A CDL and probably pick a different profession? Sounds like Trucking just isn't your Cup of Tea. Just those three thing all at once makes you sound like a terrible Driver. Wouldn't want a unsafe, uncaring Driver on the same road as me. Not trying to sound mean, but really!

You said the cop looked at you and laughed.obviously, there was something about you that struck him as humorous. Could you elaborate?

Yes there are no warnings in CSA, you can get a warning from a LEO, but in the eyes of CSA there's no distinction between the two, citations and warning are treated the same

Sorry, but the officer didn't have it out for you from the start, you had it out for yourself, when you neglected to do what's required by law, 1st step after sitting the the drivers seat? Put seat belt on, 2nd step, follow the posted speed limit, 3rd step travel on roads designated for trucks, you stated that trucks travel that road all the time and never been a issue? This maybe, but when the officer noticed the other infraction, he wrote you for all violations, question? When he first approached you, where you polite? Or did you have attitude? Because believe me, politeness can go a looooooong way with a lot of officers, being standoffish and arquementive will get you nothing but violations
