Do we have any MBM drivers or I-Supply drivers on here? I'm sure we do. This is a silly question I understand that, but what is Arby's Roast Beef? I mean I know it's roast beef, but nobody and I mean nobody makes roast beef like Arby's.
Where does it come from? Is there some kind of special cow that only Arby's has?
I like there roast beef but, I've always been curious about it because nobody makes roast beef like Arby's it's some kind of special roast beef that is for sure. I mean seriously Arby's roast beef represents millions of dollars of R&D and years of research and engineering and proprietary design. You could spend a life time trying to replicate that roast beef in you're kitchen at home and never even come close.

It is never wise to ask what you don't want to know...
Consider this.
Mcdonalds uses goose feathers to thicken their shakes. Their beef is filled with all sorts of additives to prevent it from spoiling. And a chemical analysis revealed that their chicken nuggets was only about 30% breast meat.
Taco bell uses ground beef that's just above dog food grade quality. Try eating it without all the stuff they put on top...
Wendy's and Krystal have perfectly square meat patties...
There are others, but I'll spare you all. If you want to know, do some googling. All fast food chains are guilty of shortcuts, some healthy, some okay, and some questionable at best.
Since you seem to like it so much, think about what I've said above and if you really want to know that badly. Sometimes, ignorance really is bliss.mosstrap Thanks this. -
I had to laugh that you would ask this but hey why not??? I worked as a driver for mbm 15 years ago and the roast beef came to arbys in 4 about 6 pound packages per case and each store would take about 25 cases per delivery. It is frozen and it is already trimmed of any fat or anything else by the processor I believe. I think arbys only cooks and heats it in there ovens and then slices it extra thin. I think one of the reasons its pretty good is that its cooked the same way everytime. My expierence is the meat always tastes the same and thats a good thing. I am sure its more expensive now because not long ago it was 5 classics for 5.95 and now its 5 for 7.95 were I live.hope this helps lol!

I can eat it but only if I don't look at it and smother it in that tangy sauce they have. Maybe twice a year just to make myself realize why I don't eat it more.
Mike2633 Thanks this. -
