I appreciate all the response. I didn't think the truck would be an issue considering I have seen plenty of large cars with your logo on them, just wanted to be sure. I was having a hard time finding the answer on my own. I asked a friend of mine about his, before I posted here, but I thought the truck would weigh more than it apparently does. I swore my 2011 387 was 19k, but I guess not with the answers some of you have given. I just thought the W900 would be pushing 24/25k. Thanks again though for all the responses, very helpful.

 

My thought on pipe stakes is they should never be used on an aluminum stake pockets. It,s a good way to rip a rub rail off by a careless forklift operator.

 

Outside of being heavy, are the great danes that we have good trailers. Thinking of getting rid of the big bubba.
I have never paid much attention to them.

 

They are good I pulled a 2013 model for 2 years 48 flat same one Mercer has, the only feature missing on both the flats and steps is J-hooks outside of that they are a good trailer just really heavy

 

The big bubba is a great trailer. You can't put enough weight on it to mellow out the arch. As you all know we just don't run that heavy and I'm tired of fighting the arch with long light freight

 

I'm curious if Mercer will allow me to install a lift axle next year on my step

 

its your trailer, as long as its functional and wouldn't hinder operation if you were to turn it in , go for it

 

eventually you will

 

its simple, remember who is taking all those tarp loads. stop taking them.
