I had a small incident earlier last year. Took a light out on a pu truck. Cops did do a report. Was not given a ticket. Officer did put me at fault so insurance could fix. Company put me at no preventable. Pulled my mvr it's not listed should I report it to a company I'm applying too?

Be honest, tell them about it, they may tell you not to put it since there is no report of it, but be upfront about it

As I do not know the laws in each state, and care not to learn or know them, all I can say is that here in MY state, one has 20 days to report an accident to the DMV, if damage done is over (I think) $500, or ANY injuries whatsoever!
Failure for us to report any accident will result in license suspension.
This accident you had, in your state? out of state? What does YOUR DMV say about YOU TOO reporting any accidents?
Just because a cop wrote you up, doesn't mean the DMV get's his copy quickly. Especially if from out of state. -
Does your current employer have it listed in your driving records. IF you application is asking for an MVR give them your MVR. If they are asking for other information, give it to them. Ask the person you are applying to. They will determine if it is needed or not.

I went ahead and listed it. I don't want this to bite me in the butt.
