The low is coming out of TX merging with a front out of Canada. Ice and snow from AR thru southern OH Friday and early Saturday then it's moving up to the northeast. I'll be headed up to UPN most likely. I pick up Saturday headed to University Park for Monday.

Sweet -27 wind chill when I rolled out of Syracuse this morning. Taking the 200+ extra mile route through Durham, NC, Atlanta and back to Dallas. Snagged up one of the few remaining loads on Monday for Hattiesburg, MS. First time doing that one.

They're gonna' start calling me Mr. Fixit instead of Bob Tailer. Instead of an expected backhaul to UPN, Outbound called me. After I deliver to University Park Monday, they have me deadheading up to Janesville, WI to repower another load for another broken down truck. This time I get to brave the snow machine of Lake Michigan and deliver my repowered load to Manistee, MI ASAP. Lovely, lovely....

Well it was sunny. LOL I took the shorter route.... only caught a few flurries though. Right as it got dark it clouded up as I went into MN. But I made it and grabbed a load out west. A 3 dropper to SD and last one in OR.

I think SD is South Dakota as we don't go to California.

Well i delivered my load last monday in lakeland florida, at the exact time my son was being born. Almost there in time but he was a few hours old when i got to see him and in this profession thats not bad at all. The baby was 9lbs 5 oz ,21 3/4 inches long and healthy and everything went smooth so i am happy. Time to get back to work though, had a load picking up in ocala florida today but backhaul called me and canceled that this past friday. I was kind of glad it canceled as the baby needed to get circumsized today and i was able to be there with the old lady to make sure everything went fine. So i called backhaul earlier and left a message and just called them again. Some guy i have never talked to before answered and said he called me earlier and my phone rang 30 times and there was no option to leave a voicemail :/. I say b/s and that was his way of saying he forgot about me lol. Oh well i just want to get back to GP in time to turn in a load and get out of this loaner.
