AVOID Bruenger!

That's the name of the game,LIES.What were the lies they told you and who is roadrunner?

 

Maybe its time to ask for all promises in writing and any failure of said promises results in a heavy monetary penalty to the driver..

 

I have been with Bruenger for 15 years. I'm quitting. The new President and Vice President are turning the company into another mega carrier. AVOID BRUENGER.

 

Seems to be a disturbing trend in this industry.. Good small companies getting bought out and run straight into the ground.

 

bgann69 are you still with bruenger and how are you running if you are still with them..

 

Still with them but looking for the right job for me. I would not recommend anyone go to work for Bruenger.

 

That Roadrunner bought them out because they couldn't stay afloat by themselves is completely incorrect and you obviously don't know what you're talking about. Bruenger was dong just fine on their own and was a great company before Roadrunner took over. They made money and moved freight when freight was slow for others. Since RR took control things have gone downhill quite a bit. That being said, I'm still doing okay with them and I know others that are, too. You have to work, though. As far as "no home time unless you don't mind not making money", show me a company that pays you for staying home and I'll sign up tomorrow.

 

that is what happens when a big profit minded company buys out other companies for the sole purpose of raking in huge profits and has no interest in taking care of employees . That is how they make their money . Employees are always expendable and another will take your place when you quit . Same thing happened around here ( also live in Wichita ) when A big Canadian company bought LaFarge out of kansas and bought Cornejo . Pay rates dropped like a rock in a lake .
