Last mt on the customer lot. ....boom torn air line. ... the search for empties began......until the last minute then I'm allow to bobtail to pickup a load. north of indy on i69 trying to idle but it's sittings in the sweet spot of 20 degrees

 

Now that I can breathe again...(thanks for the laugh, by the way)

There's no money in stripping for the homeless, so I ain't gonna try that particular line of work. Although...maybe I could get people to pay me to put my clothes ON...

Enjoyed lunch with Doc, stayed here & waited out the daily rush hour traffic jam on I-57, ran over & loaded, and now I'm back at my home away from home. In the actual TA lot this time, though.

 

Indy OC for the night

 

I've been shut down at the Pilot on I-55 x40 in Missojri since about 1600 this afternoon. The interstate was becoming a slip and slide, and I couldn't keep the dang windshield clear because there was so much ice on the wiper blades. I was gonna just wait and see if it stopped icing but it just kept getting worse. Hopefully they've started clearing the roads by the time I'm ready to leave tomorrow.

 

As much as I hate winter, I'll take snow over ice anytime.

Yeah same here. I don't play games with ice. And I'm safe and warm. Plenty of food. A subway gift card in my wallet, and Netflix and my Dish DVR on my phone. I'll be okay

 

Gary, OC again! They must think I like the snow! Send me back south please!

 

I'm in Monroe, LA . It is not warm and I'm debating even starting today due to the sleet/rain/snow.
