    Went to dentist today...

Nothing fancy... And as I knew before, the dentist here was able to restore a tooth that 3 American dentists said was impossible to be done... they said I would need a crown... :biggrin_2552:and a root canal... :biggrin_25510: AMERICAN DENTISTS SUCK!!!
This nice Brazilian dentist restored my tooth,in a few minutes, did a GREAT job and charged me $32.00 dollars!! :biggrin_25514: :yes2557: :smt023
I am very thankful I waited almost 2 yrs to see her and didn't let those American dentists convince me to get a crown...
The Brazilian dentist gave me thorough explanation of what was going on with my other teeth and why I didn't need to worry about anything else... and she didn't take any unnecessary x-rays... It's a shame American dentists are not like the Brazilian ones...

While it's a whole other topic... I've yet to come across a doctor in the states who isn't after the money.

Granted, consider the patients... They want a permanent fix for little to no effort.

Any doctor I go to, I tell to the staff and write in all papers pertaining to meds, "I will not take medicine unless it is life threatening or all other roads have failed.". I love it when a doctor LIKES to hear a patient wants to do the work...

Sitting at a freightliner repair shop in Lake City, fl waiting on my mirror to get fixed. Driving along and the convex mirror on the passenger side began to wobble. An hour later, it vibrated loose and was only being held in place by the heater wires...

I spent most of my morning getting my license renewed.
Didn't have the paperwork I needed to renew Hazmat so I will have to start over from scratch.
Went to a place with two numbers nobody knew anything about.
Was to be 5 pieces. Got a different number and got 2 cartons 107# for SDV.
Took a crate 457# from SDV to Cargolux. At 1:45 he sent ready at 4 Altus to Cathay Pacific. Waiting sucks. And didn't leave Altus loaded until 4:45.

Stopped not far from home to read my trouble codes.

    Going home now.

It's 21:24 here in Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil... in South America...

After a busy day, I'm reclined on bed here, under ceiling fan, tv is on but nothing really interesting... Got a Margeritta pizza that will be consumed in a while...
Tomorrow will be another busy day and very important too... Still A LOT to do... Checking on possibility of dad coming to meet me here instead of me going back to that middle of nowhere where he is... If I can get one of his doctors to fill out, sign and stamp a form for the flight company stating dad is disable and will need a companion to travel with him, I will get a 80% discount on his companion tickets... :yes2557: That's A DEAL! I don't want to miss since I'll be paying for all their trip related expenses...
