Western Express Inc.

Western Express is a poor ran place. Also don't fall for the lease purchase. Ur sitting more than working. This is my store. On the internet the lease would recomment 2400 and 2700 miles in a week. That's not too bad for solo OTR. First truck i picked was a 2011cascadia frightliner. Western express shop was the worst of all.I had asked for a service and the turbo checked out. The Nashville shop directed me to birmingham. I had heard that they would get u in and out. I had showed up on a Monday. I didnt get out of there till 1.5 weeks later. Still nothing done to the truck. I had them 2 weeks left on a contract warranty. I had found out upon a request of my pay sheet. Money was being take out weekly from my maintance account. I have been in 4 different trucks and I sit cus the turbo is out. Around the time I asked to look at thinks before cleaned up so I can verify their claims. The shop cleaned parts and when I looked at the parts cleaned. I was puzzled cus it didn make sense to me. That money is rightfully mine, held by the company, and money taken for what? The truck is under a lease 30 day contract. I believe the shop was letting my warranty run out. One day the shop mechanics left early at 10am on Thursday after informing they had 27 trucks in front of another driver that was having the same problem time wise as myself. Friday they looked at my truck. But still nothing done. They could have greased the truck and change the fuel filter which was needed badly. Costing me more fuel money due to lack of maintance.
And being declined and refused. I had noticed when I picked out the truck for inspection, the breather air tube was not tighten on either end. The clamps were lose and could move them where pleased. Now looking back this turbo part my not be covered under a 2 yr warranty deal with the international dealership. Is that why I was made to sit so I would be stuck with the bill? Western Express offered me a truck while I was at the shop. So mine could sit there with full tanks of fuel. I have already ran the fuel out sitting other waiting for the (so called) 27 trucks to start rolling in for work cus I had only seen 6 in the lot. When I left, there were around 4-5. The VP of the lease is try in to get me for abandonment. He can try. I'm taking proof that I am staying with the truck till another driver comes along to assure securment of the load. That's not abandonment. That's being nice. He had also throated legal action due to contract. Little did he know, he had already breached contract, false advertising, theift by deception, and lost of wages.

 

Reason I didn't get into the truck that was offered. I refused due to safety reasons. The DM got made after I refused to talk to the shop guy over the truck was due to aggravation. Sometimes its better to keep away and keep nothing said. After the DM got mad and started raising his voice, I had interrupted him and snapped back saying, don't u raise ur voice at me dude! He hung up on me. I got tired of waiting so I informed the DM. I'm leaving. I'm not sitting here any longer. Get me a load. After getting the load, and traveling north, western express tried to direct me to Nashville. Again, would had been more wasted fuel putting me more in debt. So I went up towards the direction the load was headed which was towards the house. So now I'm sitting at the old shop I spent working 15 yrs at waiting for another driver to get the load and keep heading in the direction of the receiver. There are international dealers 30 miles in both directions. The truck can still be driven to get there. Also gotta love camera phones.

 

Western lies. Lesson learnt

 

Lol. I seen my mistake. Jus learn by them, do it twice then a fool. Now that I had made 6000 and only received 2000. I'm try in to find ppl from other sighs that had been screwed by western directed to this sight for that one's lawyer wanting these ppl to gather unto him. As many as I have seen. It may be .ore than enough to close their doors.
