Yes they do, i spoke with them prior to going to tmc, but they couldn't make an agreement on home time other than, "we can't promise you home time as often as the rest of the fleet because of where you live in ohio, over 760 miles from the main terminal" which is odd because i see their drivers all the time

If you are thinking of applying to Keim TS, I was told by the recruiting director they hire from within driving distance of their terminals.

Check the locations tab on the website.

Driving distance of their main terminal. I live in western ohio 796 miles from their main terminal, and their recruiter would not even consider me due to that distance

i never heard of the recruiter turning someone down from ohio. You will get by one of their terminals to get the truck serviced.

The owners are accessible and do not hide behind card readers and locked doors. You wont get yelled at for walking on the lawn either. You talk to a real person everyday. They dont fill your head with useless BS like the other flatbed carriers nor do they try to intimidate you by listing the ways you can get fired. THE BIGGEST THING IS YOU DO NOT SEE THEM IN THE TRUCK PAPAERS!!! That is because people stay and they dont have to be on a constant hunt for drivers. Nuff said

Unless something has changed yes a brand new fresh out of school driver after being with a trainer for a few weeks can go straight in his own studio sleeper t660 or t800 think they got rid of all or most of the lonestars

They dont have any lonestars. They have KW T660's. The 2015 and 2016 models are equiped with espar heaters that work well when it gets cold out.

On a different note you have to respect a company where management and the owners do not hide behind locked doors or card readers like other companies.
