I am at orientation at this time and they seem to be a very good company. I got one more day of orientation and suppose to get my truck and get my load assignment Thursday morning. No northeast and no northwest runs at all which is fine by me. They told me at orientation that their average runs are 1400 miles and there is plenty of freight to keep drivers moving. That's all I got at this time.

Its $1 plus fuel surcharge and bonuses. People get hung up on per mile. Per mile means nothing if your not making miles.

I run team and average over $1200 a week. Their bonus program is obtainable. It makes you money.

I find it funny DannyHerman removed the info on their "team owner operator" right after my comment on here.

    Someone is :hiding:

Instead of sharing their breakdown of pay structure you said miles means nothing if you're not getting miles. So that tells the whole story.
I'm not trolling, just everywhere I've looked for specific info it lead to Danny Herman paying low.
    Just saying...

Apparently they are not paying low at all. Reading and comprehension isn't your strong point.

Mileage and bonus I'm averaging $1200 a week. Very few companies are getting drivers that kind of money. Havent missed a bonus yet and take 5-8 days off per month. Site hasn't changed.

Apparently they ARE low paying.. thanks to my reading skills. I'll share some:

Lets see "pay package is very average", "pay seems to be a bit low", "pay will average in the bottom 1/3 of industry", ".35" and that dude has 15 years experience. 15 years experience for .35 is sad.
Yeah bonus you speak of? Prime starts noobs at .43 with bonuses also. Danny Herman will pay a guy with 15 years experience .35 with bonuses.

I'm not just pulling things out of the air, it's well out there Danny Herman pays "low" to "average"

The bonus package is great and make able combined with miles. Very few drivers are taking home $1200 a week. I am which means they are paying top of the line. I LSO take at least 6 days off each month with that average...

Back home for three days after being out for two weeks, so far Danny Herman Trucking has treated me very well. I was in Calexico CA. on Thursday and they knew I ask to be home on the weekend, dispatcher work very hard to find me a load to Augusta GA. and they indeed did just that and gave me a load over 2000 miles (solo driver) that was a drop and hook with a open window and I got home late Sunday evening with a huge paycheck coming next Friday including the two previous other loads that total 2000 miles. The dispatchers and support staff are awesome and do what ever to meet the driver needs. Best company I have work for including Prime, Marten, and Arnold, these companies treat you like your not a person and most of their dispatcher just don't care about the driver as a person.

Kolorado, my first couple weeks included three 1100 miles runs; for instance, Laredo to Chicago and Milwaukee to Dallas with two stops in North Dallas. I also ran from Dallas to Caliexco Ca. If you do decided to go to Danny Herman let me know because I will get a $1000 bonus if you stay for a year. You can do the same if you can get some one to come to work for Danny Herman. Call Angela 1 423-727-1779 and tell her I refereed you Jerry Hope. P.S. I have made $2800 in three weeks not to bad. also, I drive a 2011 KW T700 and they are going to turn it in a couple months and give me a newer truck. The truck I have right now is a very well kept truck and drives awesome.
