If you feel the need to have a recruiter sign a contract that you came up with on Legalzoom.com then just look for another company to work for.

Just record any call you have with one. Ask for them to send the info in an email. Oh and make sure that you are in a state like Texas where you can legally record your own phone calls.

... Anything in writing is a good thing, it's unfortunate that we have come to this kind of thing in our society....i wouldn't blame God if he turned his back on America..... So just try not to get none of this wickedness on your robe or atleast make sure you know where to go to get it washed off of you and then try harder to stay on your feet and not waller in the filth ..... Emails can be sent back to the recruiter as a reminder .... Do your homework

Recruiters DO NOT work for you. They get their pay from bringing in drivers to companies. So If you think about it, the more they make the job sound the more the drivers they'll have.

You know you need to learn something, it doesn't matter what they promised, it only matters that you do your due diligence to make sure the company fits your needs.

No one is going to sign anything, it would not be binding if they did plus they would get fired for making promises that are not part of the company.

If you're really trying to aim high, you wouldnt be talking to recruiters, would you?

So, you're trying to insure your success at a bottomfeeder, right? Best way to do that is to pull any trailer other than a van.

I had one telling me, "Join! You can make $80-100K a year!" My response, "Yeah! I bet if you paid that much, you wouldn't have any openings!"
who said they can't hang up on you? :biggrin_25523:
