I smell Old School on the last 2 posts, kinda gets the hairs on my arms standing
up! Just paid a visit to the Trucker Alliance website and would expect them to add
Cameras to their agenda. WTF would anyone drive for those.....well enough said.

I already have a device that logs everything that I do in the truck. I have looked at forward facing cameras to protect me but I believe that I will no longer drive a commercial vehicle if I have one facing me. In my current job position I would like to think that I do have some influence on what goes in the truck.

Who hasn't read 1984? Remember the "telescreen"? We don't watch you all the time, in fact we rarely watch you; but you will never know when we are watching you.
F*** that noise jack. Let's hammer on the submissive, wussie drivers who accept this vile intrusion. Let's shame and "out" any company crack-licker who accepts this.

If we don't put up with it, it can't happen!!
Should I have written that in all-caps?

Next company or else go independent. If I can't be trusted, that speaks volumes.

The NTSB is in the news recommending driver facing cams in trucks. They don't have any regulatory authority but they are the first to get this virus idea into the wrong people's heads who do.

They may not have any regulatory authority but between them and ATA we are soon going to be hit with the speed limiter thing. Final rule out on that due this fall.
