I don't know if Tribe is good or bad, but I do know 30 days isn't enough. You never game them a chance, it takes longer than 30 days to judge a company.

Sounds to me that you didn't like their lanes. Also you claim it was the worst experience you've had in 15 years, lol. According to you it was only your second company after 14 years with Decker?

Regardless, I wish you well in the future but I would give a company more than 30 days to work things out ... unless they install driver facing cameras, then I would bail immediately!!! Lol

I wondered if he was Decker flatbed for 14 years and it was his first reefer gig. That's enough to throw anyone off if they're doing it for the first time, regardless how long they've been driving.

Regardless, I sincerely hope OP is happy with his new company and he's found a home for another 14 years.
