get the tarp repair kit in Louisville, its a can of glue and some tarp material, pick up felt while you are there , don't pay someone to patch a tarp. plenty of guys around there to show you how.

and what kind of truck do you have, how fast do you drive? what engine , trans and rears?

I'd be a little skeptical on that price difference. Anything over $100 and I'm calling BS on somebody end. Region has a lot to do with it prob. Like getting anything in the NE would prob cost ya. Or the old supply and demand with lack of local competition

 

I know how to tarp repair use to do this stuff with my dad years ago xD. 07 int 9400i i tend to stay around 62-65 cummins isx with eaton 10speed 2.42 rears. When i dont idle i see high 7s. Its my idle that kills me.

I did notice one thing! Most loads here near port allen LA require tarp xD!! Only got my smoke tarp and one blue tarp that can really be used. Why don't These truck stops sell tarp repair? Anyway ITS HOT OUT!!!!

#Edit Also i've lost 3lbs so far by doing flatbed:O my body feels a little better then before too!

 

Because nobody with common sense shops at truck stops. Go to Wal-Mart and buy a big 3 inch wide roll of gorilla tape. Voila, instant temporary tarp repair kit.

 

I'm trying to get a load near Louisville to get this stuff. I put gorilla tape on it. When it rained it peeled up lol. I buy bread n milk @ truck stops sometimes

 

Hey guys haven't been on in about 10 days so if this has been covered I apologize but has anyone noticed what to me seems a disaster with payroll? I scanned in a load last Wednesday morning at 755 and just got paid on it today. Then I sent one in yesterday morning at 8 and still not cleared by mercer yet and likewise this mornings delivery.

 

New payroll system I've had sane problem with last load. Make sure to use cover sheet.
