I don't know why you're opening you're mouth when you work for knight as a l/o. You're probably a cb warrior too. Typical bird brain driver that hates on certain companies based on few examples... -
I contracted for them Xmas time after they kept asking for help. I put two to three drivers on their runs to help out...I directly negotiated the rates I sought, rather than them offering me certain rates. To my disappointment, I still have not yet been fully paid!!! They will ignore inquiries, promise to take care of it and disappear, etc. The one lady handling payment recently has an email response stating she will be away for an extended period of time. WTH??? Very unprofessional, and I am disgusted by my experience!

A local owner has 8 to 10 tractors at the St Paul hub, he dumped over a rear trailer a few years ago near Fargo ND and was not banned for life...
icsheeple Thanks this. -
The only way that would be the case is if the accident wasnt his fault.

Don't be a seasonal helper! The only thing you guys that come in seasonally accomplish is to get screwed and screw everyone else in the process. You don't have a permanent contract so in the scheme of things you don't matter as much. Plus you don't do any of the billing or paper work correctly. Your drivers usually damage equipment. It's bad for everyone.
