PFJ not adding points and shower scam

LOL! Shower cams... I'd pay money NOT to see that!!

Well, I am still going back and forth with PFJ about my two fill ups that they "don't show". Comdata shows them and I am to the point of you're going to give me credit for them or remove the charge from Comdata. It's that simple.

Also- like others have said, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!! I had noticed today that when I bought a pizza the other day, they not only charged me (I pay in cash), they also charged me in points. I don't have the receipt so I just went inside to try and pull it up in the Kiosk. It wasn't in there so I went to the cashier and he said he couldn't go back that far. So now I have another thing to call about in the morning.

With all the trouble this company has gotten in the last couple of years, you would think they would have their act together. I just hate being ripped off. If this is happening to me, it's got to be happening on a massive scale. I am starting to see that trucking is the same as the Army. Everyone wants to rip you off and take your hard earned money. They don't want you around, but want your stuff and what's in your wallet. It's sad to see (again).

My theory is this: If you're not going to follow thru with what you claim you offer (i.e. rewards program) then don't put it out there. Just advertise, "Hey, you're lucky we even offer a half-working rewards program". I think if they keep this up, they will find more lawsuits coming their way.

Final question- What ever happened to the HONOR of doing HONEST business? Don't people realize that there is SO MUCH MORE to life than MONEY? Like an earlier poster said, using his points to buy some food for someone counting change for a meal. I've gotten showers for people that need them. What's "mine" is not always used for "me". That's because I take honor and pride in helping out others. When did our country quit teaching this? I guess this is a loaded question because I already know the answer.
