I've got an Xtralease Hundai rental I would love to buy. Only issue it every had was a the little red light on the driver's side at the rear. Yes you have to put your shoulder into it to latch the chains but I like that because I know they will not be coming loose on their own in a slight breeze. Sliding tandems is really easy-- pop air lock out and back up a hair then go forward or back as needed.
You guys do have me nervous on logistics posts, roof and interior walls all scraped up though. The tires do wear funny but I figure an alignment and balance problem. Another problem-- everyone likes to back into the denim thing. Otherwise overall has been a great trailer for 1.5 years that I have run it.

When empty, slide tandem all way back, take a small putty knife and some all purpose grease, get under there and grease the tract on bottom of trailer the tandem slides on. Work tandem back and forth a few times to spread grease good. No so much grease it's messy and falling off on ground. It doesn't take much. I have always kept mine greased over the years. It will slide easily with a heavy load. Much easier on your clutch, driveline.niceguy1970202, ChromeNut and double yellow Thank this.

This worked, thanks (my previous trailer had some sort of teflon strip so it didn't require grease)niceguy1970202 and whoopNride Thank this.

you can also put a pair of vise grips o te slider button, and get it rolling and lock down on the trailer brakes. works great wit a real heavy load.
