Well, they have always paid in my experience, except for the few times the agent flat out said he couldn't collect, in which case he paid me out of his pocket.
If I didn't trust them to be truthful with me. I wouldn't be leased to them. As I said in another post, it's a team involvement, they have to trust me, and I have to trust them, if we can't we might as well part ways cause it will never work. Kinda like a marriage. -
That's one of the things that sets Mercer above the rest. Corporate Mercer at Louisville is truthful. -
They are more than truthful, they are exceptional. Will bend over back wards to help if you need it. Last year when I called in to let my coordinator know I wasn't going to book any loads any time soon cause I had to tear my engine out, it wasn't an hour before my phone was ringing with the head guy on operations making sure I could weather the storm, and offering assistance if I need it. Now I didn't need the help, but that offer went a long way towards winning me over. I already knew this was my last stopnin trucking, but if there was any doubt about the grass being greener on the other side of the fence, that sealed that deal. As far as I'm concerned, the grass is plenty green and lush right where I'm at.Truckin_Texas91411, blacklabel and duddie Thank this.

You claim to be at mercer since sept 2013, but you don't know how this works, really?

Me smells a troll.

It may have been the customer offering the rate. Still, that's a very solid rate for vans. Surprised you didn't take it.

Things like Spyder is talking about. And a little experience with Mercer, since Jan 3 1988. Mercer has allowed me to be happy and successful. That's 27-28 years of kool-aidmemphis jack and Truckin_Texas91411 Thank this.
