I've seen some of them on the "epic fail" youtube channels.

 

I currently work for Black Horse. For the strength test, they sent me to a physical therapy place where they hook you up to some kind of resistance machine with sensors all over it. You have to lift each arm and each leg 5 times against the resistance and it measures how much force you can exert with each limb. I don't know how much the resistance was (they never told me), but it wasn't too hard and it won't be a problem for you unless you're in your 70s with a broken hip. It took less than half an hour to do the test. Hope this helps.

 

I had a shoulder operation a few years ago and it never healed back to 100% and I passed it with no issues.
