so far they have earned few exemptions for truckers..

 

After someone dies in a truck after it starts on fire because of the CARB crap put on trucks, someone needs to get one of the best lawyers in the land and sue CARB out of business, they've pulled enough crap, a good lawyer would shoot down their credibility and California would hve to get rid of CARB to not have to pay out a Billion Dollar Lawsuit.

 

Now we just gotta find somebody on this forum who is willing to sacrifice himself, so that happens sooner

The public hates truck drivers. Sacrifice a puppy in a truck fire, then you might get somewhere

 

What's sad is there is very little effort by the whole industry to change the perception about drivers. The bottom feeders like cr England and CRST are getting all the exceptions they want by the fmcsa, the ATA just keeps up its agenda of destroying the good smaller companies that are left, and the agencies like carb, dot, that continuously spew out regulations that don't do anything for safety or smog reduction.

 

Any automaker, any engine maker(from lawnmower to ship engines), any air related equipment maker who want to sell a product in California must lie under CARB. CARB makes rules and enforce them(or EPA not sure). Imagine what kind of power CARB has . cr England, crst, all megas together are big 0 ! I am not talking about small trucking companies because we are at the and of list. Sometime I think they are aliens (greys maybe ).
