I run graveyard shift. Rarely see full fuel isles at 3am. And since when has a desk clerk known anything about how the fuel isle works? As long as they give me my correct change, I feel as if I'm winning with them

Only certain Love's gives me a problem. We started using EFS recently, we never had an issue when we had Comdata.

I use an American Express card so I have to go inside. Every time after the first swipe, they tell me the card is rejected. I tell them there is nothing wrong with that #### card, they swipe again and it works. I think Love's computer has some major glitches.

Now that you mention that. I filled my jug at the Love's in El Paso before I went home. I'm on Diamond status so it's unlimited refills. The cashier had to swipe my card several times because it wasn't showing my status, but was showing my points.truckon Thanks this.

Getting on with humor I am reading this morning. Driver it sounds as if you are a nobody. So just hit 0000 for driver id and then hit enter. Problem solved. You are welcome.

Call Love's customer service. The few times I called them, they listened to my issues and resolved the problem.
Customer service at other truck stops, I have never been that impressed -
I avoid loves whenever possible. Problem solv-ed.
