No, its assigned in order, so the lower the truck the longer the guy has been here

They assign truck numbers. In order by hire date.

Storm runner, if you ate so strapped for cash that you are needing to borrow money for equipment, you really should take a step back and rethink things. You are almost certainly setting yourself up for failure. There is a very steep learning curve and it takes quite a bit of cash to survive long enough to figure things out.
Especially with today's market. I read an article last week stating Flat bed loads are down 49 percent vs last year.
