What's causing this tire wear?

I have a shake in the floor and my seat while steering long curves to the right on the highway. Maybe 3 times in a 300 mile trip. Front tires are wearing even although right has more tread than the left. Alignment is done every year and wasn't really off although truck pulls slightly to the right of you let go of the wheel. Steering wheel never shakes. When empty I do get a little vibration in the seat but not anything terrible.

    I was thinking it could be the bushings they are showing a little wear. Truck has 160 k and it's been like this since 100kYes it was laser lined. Do you think the axle could be bent? Can we rule out shocks , air bags and u joints?

    Air bags yes. Stationary mounted.

    Gas shocks, bushings could be wallowed out, ujoints would click under power.

    I'd honestly start with the torque arms.
    If the axle was bent it wouldnt be just a powered right directional turn, it'd be either way and straight.

    I was going to say shocks. Bad bushings would usually cause some alignment issues, even if it's just under loaded conditions, and that would cause either the inner or outer edges to wear 1st. Irregular middle tread wear issues are usually under inflated tires, worn shocks or a bad tire (but not all of them could be bad at once). After you drive a while, on a break, grab your shocks with your bare hand and see if they're warm. When a shock absorbs the bumps, it generates a little heat. If it isn't warm, it's warn, even though it might not be leaking

    A slight drift or pull to the right is normal depending on the crown of the road.

    Ok, bushings on shocks look intact . Bushing on torque arms show slight wear around edges

    I'll check shocks to see if they're warm tomorrow. What's general lifespan of shocks?

    She's usually loaded pretty heavy and Pennsylvania roads aren't the friendliest.. I'll see if the warm tomorrow..
