    Wait what?? Anything NOT on the bill of lading will NOT be left behind? Sounds to me like they will unload everything. Great customer!! Will return! I'll even help them out by throwing everything on the dock plate and leaving in a rapid manner.

    Wish I'd caught the double negative and gotten in a zinger. Guy was a douche, wish I'd have remembered the "rate this customer" before I made the next load active.
