    Prime is probably more interested in the money they skim off the lease purchases than what former drivers think of their business practices.

    That is absolute crap, and since a BOL is a legally binding document that should be an easily rectified issue.

    Sounds to me a like a case of either brownnosing a customer no matter what the cost, or pure laziness in that someone didn't feel like doing the legwork to address a claim that wasn't even filed yet.

    The linguistic contortionism that some people engage in to defend Prime will never cease to amaze me, and the above post by Drvrtech77 indicates to me that at the very least, some of their criticism is certainly warranted.

    I still don't know why You care so much about what goes on there. Not like you've ever worked there or will ever work there.

    He's been with them over 8 years if I recall. I'm sure he figured out what they are and are not long long ago. Not saying this is 100% false but I have my doubts. I'm on another forum with him as well and that's never been his modus operandi. He's a straight shooter and doesn't agree with everything they do but I've yet to see him ever "trash" Prime in a public forum in any way.

    Yep, and definitely good to know Prime is the only place that $50 errors like that ever happen. Hope to God I don't have to deal with that sort of hassle anywhere else.

    Which it apparently was...

    The point being, it shouldn't have happened at all.

    Frankly, for a company driver to be held responsible for the payment of freight claims is BS by any sane man's definition, and to be dinged for one that was never filed is nothing short of detestable.

    Thankfully, this sort of behavior is more rare of a bird than you seem to want to admit.
