Nope, did have some knocked out by the Dashboard of a 1966 chevy truck though..... Left a dent big as your fist in the dash. Keep in mind plastic doesn't dent like steel.

maybe plastic does not dent, but it usually does lend itself to one bouncing.

I apply marvel mystery oil to locks and hinges at the beginning of winter each year, that helps a lot. Pad locks I flush out with brake cleaner and wd40 real good, then apply a lot of MMO.
If it's frozen I found ether/starting fluid works almost as good as de-icer and is helpful to have around in the winter if you have older gear anyway. -
WD-40 will wreck your locks over time.

Dad used to be a locksmith. Said 5.56 (WD40), kept him in business.
