I saved $6000! What would you do with it?

    Hello. I have managed to save $6000 dollars in only 2 months of being a company driver. My question is what would you do at this point if you had $6000 and was a company driver?

    Keep on saving that's a $36,000 chunk in a year and a year goes by fast. Do it 2 years and you can learn how to own and operate a truck from a position of strength. I'd guess in 2 years time things will likely have changed for the better in trucking. From a position of strength you can be the guy dictating rates and that's exactly where you want to be. You don't want to be one of these guys living load to load paycheck to paycheck easily goaded into working for poor rates. Don't get in a hurry, bide your time, trucking will be here. And good job.
