    Prime's policy really should be to descend hills in neutral. It is the best fuel mileage that way lol

    No, You can't have them do that they might hit 58.5 MPH. If they exceed 58MPH they will end up in the past.

    As a rule I use whatever gear going down a hill where the Jake will hold without having to touch the brakes.
