Curious to know how much exp(or minimum exp) does TWT require in order to be hired on as
an experienced driver?..don`t really want to have to go out with a trainer.
Also does TWT still have that policy that one has to be employed with them for like 6mos so as to not be back-charged for the airline flight to orientation?
Thank`s!
How much exp required for TWT?

You have to stay with the company for 6 months if you don't want to pay the flight.
Going out with the trainer matters on how good you do on the road test but I think it's 1yearGranaRig831 Thanks this. -
I think you need to buy a vowel...

Having to pay the company back for orientation stuff is a red flag. Find a better carrier

Trans system is a good carrier to work for the 6 months goes by quick.GranaRig831 Thanks this. -
Having to pay them back is the red flag. Flight are less than $350, so they should just eat the cost if you leave. The money they paid for the flight will be made up after you haul 1 load for them. Just my 2 cents.

I know my flight was over 400. I don't know about eating the cost for every person that decides to walk. The time goes by fast and that 6 months ex pays for it self -
Do you have to fly or can you take Amtrak/bus if you want to?
