Yup, that happened in Salt Lake city. Everyone just shook their heads, they have such a horrendous reputation here.
Back in early 2000, when dick Simon was still running, UDOT rebuild a major freeway clover leaf that all the megas in the area use to get to Mega Alley, and almost every day for2 weeks, Simon had a truck flipped over on the northbound to go westbound merge and it was always a potatoe load.

To be fair UDOTreally did a lousy job on all 4 of those clover leaves. They start wide and all the very bottom, suddenly get super tight

 

Came in on a flat bed truck, along with the entire tandem assembly from the trailer. The trailer was in an accident and totaled out, they removed the pieces they could use for repairs on other trailers and sent them to the OC(Doors, door frame and entire tandem assembly) and sold the rest of the trailer for scrap. Now you know the story behind it LMAO
