A Breville Convection Oven that I power via my APU. It helps if you have plenty of power otherwise you need a big inverter. I have a microwave too to defrost the frozen foods. I have a deep freezer and fridge too. So I can eat just as well on the truck as I do at home.

I have a microwave and hotplate with one frying pan. I'm regional so I'm out 5 days at a time.

I have a an electric cooler that I store fruit, veggies and lunch meat in. I nuke my veggies in bag to steam em and fry my lunch meat and bread for a hot melt sandwich.

I also buy a variety of canned items and Hormel completes for variety. Don't forget the ramen too.

I have a Coleman Propone Camp Stove/Grill and cook chicken, steak, turkey, and fish. If you cook fish do it outside as fish smokes a lot. I use a Igloo 12-volt cooler to keep everything in. It works well and the best thing is that I don't ever buy that crappy truck stop food.

Kooltron cooler, butane stove top, rice cooker, 12v roadpro lunchbox, coffee grinder and french press. I would like to bring eggs and bacon but it would be hard to clear daily.

We bring egg whites in a milk carton container. You can get low cholesterol kind that are more like whole eggs. I cook up turkey bacon, egg whites, some lowfat cheese, sliced avacado and salsa for breakfast burritos. If we have some, I'll add a spoon of plain Greek yogurt to act like sour cream. Roll em up and heat the seam of the tortilla to seal 'em.

They're easy to eat goin down the road. Pair that up with a cuppa John Wayne coffee and you're golden. Easy and quick. You don't have to do all the healthy stuff, we do cuz Mr. E is on a special diet.

I use bottled water (2-3 Tbsp) while the pan is still hot with a drop of soap. Scrape it with spatula. Wipe out with paper towel. Then more clean water and another pass with a fresh towel. Takes 2 minutes. Do it while its warm, though. Otherwise it can get messy.

I try not to cook things with sauce in the skillet. Those things go in the crock pot with a crock pot bag. When you're done, just throw away the bag.

I use paper plates, cups and plastic silverware. I keep one sharp knife for chopping and clean it like I do the skillet. I chop on several paper plates stacked together.

    Hope that helps.
