Can't be that bad if you are still driving for them. Driving safely and following procedures and protocols are apart of the job description. And most of what you said is at every company that electronically monitors it's drivers. You can always work elsewhere and move over for those that can do the job without complaining about everyday issues
noninetofive and WallyWife Thank this. -
don't let the safety man catching you spinning the handle because they will give you a occurrence. If you pull a glad hand off its a accident and you will lose your safety bonus or hit a pole. It affects the whole terminals miles for everyone you hit a pole we will go from 3 million miles back to a zero.

Just about everything you said is not true. If it's so bad leave your not being held hiostage.
You can sleep in a motel anytime you
want just can't claim the layover pay.
Fueling off duty is not a step it's happened to me a couple times just reminded to be on duty. Pulling a trailer with no registration is not a step. And how often have you ever found one missing?
If you hit a pole or anything your miles do not reset unless it's more then a 1000 dollars in damage. Oh and they are called safe miles for a reason . Not so you can have a accident and keep on trucking saying you have accident free miles.
The safety guys are very fair about everything most where Walmart drivers themselves . Every company has rules if you can't handle them you should of not accepted the position. You know up fromt what your agreeing to.
If your going to spread info tell the truth not just part of it and again your not being held hostage don't let the door hit you in the ###.slim6596, noninetofive, drozzer69 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Maybe he's venting about things that he has done himself. It would make complete sense then

Not complaining just telling the truth but sometimes the truth is a pill that's hard to swallow. If you ever drive for walmart you will find out the hard way. I made 87000 last year is it worth your sanity. Ha ha

I will drive for Wal-Mart and 87k is well worth my sanity. I'd put up with more crap than you've stated for less because your major issues are normal day by day things to me. If driving for Wal-Mart is the hardest thing you've done(not accomplished) ,then you haven't been through anything.Buzzkillm, slim6596, noninetofive and 3 others Thank this.

I do drive for them and made 106,000 this year working 5 days a week. And have no complaints . Hopefully things get better for you.Last edited: Dec 22, 2015

Wal-Mart can have what sanity I have left and give me all the crap they can give me for 100k+ and 2 days of a week. I'll put up with anything to make my wife happy. Happy wife, happy life.slim6596, noninetofive, gregsmith7467 and 2 others Thank this.
