To van or another company? I've had 4 500 mile loads over the course of this week and the 600+ mile one getting me to nc from la. But I'm just glad I'm not getting any of the "scarce freight" my dbl says there is. So I'm sure you should do better over here

Is that considered preventable since he could have been traveling slower?

I suppose it would depend on the speed he was traveling when the accident occurred.

 

If say it's more dependent on the attitude of the person who answers the phone that day. Lol

 

50/50 but will probably be listed as preventable. However unless driver had previous issues he should remain employed. If he can Satyam employed for a year shouldn't be too bad for him

 

Been down that stretch of marine drive many times.
