Is anyone on here running this program? It seems to be filling in on dedicated accounts for drivers on vacation and running start up new accounts. It pays mileage base pay plus a generous sliding bonus incentive of $100 the 2nd week $250 the 3rd week and $400 the 4th week. That sounds okay if you can get 2800 + miles a week and at least .40 cents a mile on the base pay.![]()

No milage pay its salary pending on exp. You will go where needed. The longer you stay out the more you make. If your ne you will mainly stay east of mississippi. I love this account. If you just want to drive then look at another position. We do everything. Drop and hook accounts hand unloads. Live unloads. You may pull a reefer this week and next week you may be doing family dollar or dollar general to flatbed or doubles. Your truck is home. So make it comfortable. Min. 2 weeks out. I go out for months. We have a main dbl but you will mostly deal with the account your on so you get the good and the bad. But the money makes up for it.
bmovers Thanks this. -
I can do all that you posted just depends on what the salary part would be with 28 years experience.

2800+ miles a week in the Northeast with grades, traffic, more traffic and slow Schneider trucks? yeah good luck with that.
Should pay at least .50 a mile for that
.40 is nothing, noobs coming out of School get .40 these daysdrvrtech77 Thanks this. -
You couldn't pay me enough to do NE dedicated...
Home_on_wheels and freightwipper Thank this. -
All excellent points !!!! Does sound like slave driving !! And yes it should be .60 cents a mile and all wait time or actual loading unloading at $25 an hour !! Since the 14 hour clock got shoved up our rear end there should be no free time given away anymore !!

And your right freightwhipper I have not been to the northeast in 15 years. Kinda forgot what a ##LL HOLE it can be.

I looked into that account but even with the max per week being $1450 or something, not worth staying out for months at a time. They should at least give you a truck worth living in for all that.
-
That's painfully true. I make a tick under that maximum now. I'm spoiled at my current job. Great pay very few hours (7 hours is a long night for me) 5 day work week no one at the warehouse when I report to work everyday and 1 boss/dispatcher/ex driver that I might call once a week to just say hello. The only gripe I have with them is they stopped paying for the family health insurance and only cover me.

Can't pay me enough to do NE, period!!!!drvrtech77 Thanks this.
