    Well, it keeps me moving.
And I get paid for it.
If Swift wants to move me from place to place and pay me to do it, I'm game.
But I can't see how shifting trucks around really makes a lot of sense. If they made me sit they would pay me a bit of layover pay, but they would not have the fuel cost.
It only makes sense to me if they have the freight at the other end.

I'll go as far as I can before I have to shut down, then I'll send a mac 22. No biggie.
I just have to make sure I have supplies in the truck.

Looks like I am staying put where I am. Weather map is not looking good. I will start to run into he mess about 50 miles west of where I am and then almost all the way to the 10-20 split and then again all the way to Deming. Not worth it

@WitchyWomen , Remember that El Paso is in Texas and that ANY snow in El Paso is a blizzard.

And also in areas not used to receiving snow often it really plays hell with the roads coz the road crews aren't used to it or are over extended and I think that's the case in Texas now....

    Lamar, CO at Love's.

I'm shut down until Tuesday morning to avoid all the bad weather between here and Dallas.
It's supposed to clear up, for the most part, by Monday afternoon, but I'm waiting a bit longer for the roads to clear more.
I'll take the opportunity to get a 34 in.

I left Seattle bound for Fargo/St Paul but I 90 was shut down at Snoqualmie. Went around the long way, very cold temps but mostly dry and good speed driving. Last night was 3 degrees. Right now 10 degrees here in Mandan ND. mandannd.jpg
