In Need Of Good Company Out Of Michigan

Hey guys I really need some help; my current company is just not cutting the mustard. My paychecks are hard pressed to get past 4 or 500 a week before taxes and it's not for a lack of work on my part as I spend most of my time getting their equipment fixed and have lost or missed out on loads because of this. And when they do give me loads they either cancel them on me or give me small runs that end up eating a day or two. Those are the big reasons why I need a new company.

I live in Michigan about an hour north of Detroit. On the 7th I will officially have been with the company for 6 months. I'm hoping for a company that does longer runs, or at least limited north east. I've got a cat with me and need to be able to have my inverter installed if one is not provided with the truck. I'd really like a truck with an apu but if they'll let me idle then it's not a big deal.

So far the ones I've come up with are LTI trucking, Great Plains Transport, Holland Enterprises, and Pride Transport. But the first two require a year of otr experience, I can't find how much experience Holland needs and I'm waiting on Pride to tell me if they hire in my area.
