Stop quoting cpm lol that doesn't mean anything in trucking. A guy making .39cpm can make more than a guy with .50cpm. For example, you use to fingerprint loads, so you didn't drive and earn cpm. While bulk guys or otr goes sit for 1 or 2 hours and rolling again. Keep those tires rolling and earn more $$$

are you crazy cents per mile otr is way important and in my case it wasnt im choosing to post what they paid cents per mile because i want to. and its honestly terrible pay. industry average is .44+ doubles triples is .50+ teams doubles triples is .55+...

When I use to pull containers, schneider offer stop pay on the east coast plus .34cpm. He was making 1500/week while I was getting .43 with no stop pay. I hit 1000-1200/week. Same company, just different pay scale. Yet I made more cpm but he still makes more than me.
If a company offer stop pay, accessories pay, it will pays better than a company just paying high cpm.gentleroger Thanks this. -
greatly depends on the account i also did poly one schneider hauling plastics i had 10 stops that day @35=350 just in stop pay +milage i fully understand different pay scales and different accounts and how they work i understand what your saying but speaking about the dollar tree account specifically ....

it was for me.the other guy who ran it i know he made 15 per stop..i was subbing in on that account and schneider told me its my dollar tree stop pay while subbing on that account
