If I reply to the Q.C. load info I can't make next stop on time plus send message I can't make next stop on time call 2 times and leave voice mail than I get call and they want to know if I told anyone I would be late. Would that count as telling anyone ???

Yep... I'd keep calling and try to get a hold of someone.... That's what I do. If you've already told them on QC at least it's documented but I wouldn't stop calling until I get to talk to a person. That's why I don't leave voice mails with anyone.. Even on personal calls. I've always hated answering machines.

You guys are clinging to a sinking ship ...

Of course....and it continues... Got into my delivery, and of course another one where the appointment never got set, just the "head on in and see if they will unload". And the next pickup where I have to drop the trailer, then come back at 10 pm and haul it out, never mind id have to run 2 nite sessions 10 hours a peice to get it there by Saturday morning... Except I won't be into the shipper in northern GA until afternoon which wont allow a 10 hr reset to occur before 10 pm and its extra tight... And last time i had to take it back into the shipper because the idiots couldn't tell how much weight they were putting on. Of course I sent in the confirmation page, tried calling that dispatcher but told "out to lunch for possibly 2 hours". Getting to the point where I am ready to take the ###### Qualcomm and rip it out of the truck.

frankly I would just wave the white flag and jump ship... Why don't you look at possibly going over to Holland Holland seems like the better of the two and there's got to be a good reason like I said it before why Holland went a different direction
Swedish Chef and highwayman Thank this. -
Start calling receiver and make your own appointments.

I left ... There's no Job in the world worth all that confusion and frustration ... They seriously have no clue what they are doing. I've seen better organized group of people on a 1st grader school playground. .. From the kids
drvrtech77 Thanks this. -
I don't know... Fortunately the receiver took the load right away, and this next one I was told there was some flexibility since it was delivering during the weekend. I'll agree there is a total lack of coordination, while I realize this past 6 months the company has been working with its own dispatch maybe for the first time, they need to turn it around soon. I have really no choice but to tough it out because I can't afford to do any switching right now, and I haven't really made any plans to. Too much personal crap on my plate this year. I know one thing. This family dispute between both companies needs to get resolved soon. I don't know how holland is doing compared to this company, but the family really needs to resolve it soon, it's not good for either side. Up until now I didn't want to get into whose at fault for it all, but personally I blame both companies for the whole mess. I don't really care who was doing what to whoever.
