    No.
I had to get up and head for the door (they left me on a gurney in the hallway for 3+ hours after my MRI) in order to get a Dr. to actually speak to me. This was after 9+ hours in the ER. They did do a MRI of my knee which showed the torn meniscus. I have an appointment with my own orthopedic surgeon on Friday.

Bottom line is I cannot bear any significant weight with my right leg. Makes climbing in and out of the truck slow, painful, and dangerous. Driving (the truck) is also painful and potentially dangerous. It's VERY painful to use my right foot for the fuel and brake. I got the truck home from CA yesterday and I'll get it to Swift later today.

Oh, IEL/Rapid Response was absolutely no help at all! When I called this morning all I got were programed responses to my questions. I even said "You're obviously not listening to me" and ended the call with "Thanks for nothing".

Steve, sorry to hear that. Guess that definitely turning your truck in sooner than planned. Question, is workers comp covering this or your own. I would think that if workers comp then a possible problem leaving Swift.

Now here in Weatherford after my final drop. Mac 30 has only offered one load, 60 mt and 250 ldd to Jenks. Then a pplan from the El Paso planners and not know why El Paso, but dh to Shreveport, about 260 miles and pick up pallet and bring back to Dallas, 150 miles. Not looking good for getting any miles before home time on Monday. Tried to talk to the Lancaster planners and got nowhere

I already spoke with the folks who administer our (O/O) insurance. We DO NOT have workers comp. What we have is additional medical (pays whatever your insurance does not) and disability pay. I already have the paperwork and it needs to filled out by my doctor. Good thing is I've been seeing the same orthopedic surgeon for more than 4 years.

Just got off the phone with my DM. He was able to speak with someone at IEL with a brain.
I'm gonna wait til I've been to see my doctor to turn in the truck. At that point it will be a "medical default" which is MUCH BETTER than turning in the truck before I've seen the doctor.

I understand the deduction for Occupational Accident insurance is basically the same thing as Workman's Comp for O/O's.

Loves in Hudson, CO. I managed three hours of sleep this morning before the Denver planners started calling to see if I was going to take the loads they were sending me. I'm slightly pzd off at them now.

That is why my phone and QC is off during break. Call all they want, send all the messages that you want. If I am on a 10 and they interrupt, then I just tell them sorry, now time to start a fresh 10 hour

Well here it is almost 2000 and the planners send me a load, Amazon, pick up at 0200, after being up all day and going to new jersey for Saturday afternoon. Can not counter since Amazon is firm pu apt time plus home time on Monday, getting out of Jersey to be home, iffy, and it being Amazon, not like they have not know about this load all day, but now ECT in Lancaster is doing the planning

Except Swift has nothing to do with. No going to "their" doctors, no games. I'll see MY doctor on Friday and that will be that.

I don't counter those loads, I flatly turn them down.

The reason being 'I have been up all day waiting for a load. You should have sent it hours ago so I could be rested.'
