    no, I have never receive any new agreement. was it email or snail mail to you? I wasn't inform of anything at all. I tried calling ICA, they said they don't know. I cannot get a hold of anyone.

    I agree with you pole chaser...this person just happened to sign up couple days ago...and supposedly this person not having the new operating agreement when it was came out 6 months ago and went into effect in October and has no earthly idea what anybody is really talking about makes it sound like a bunch of BS

    I apologize if this is trouble some. but I am really telling the truth, not BS. I do thank everyone for all the help, but I have never seen any new agreement. The only agreement I saw was an extension of contract I received on September, telling me it will extend to Jan. of 2016.

    I find it hard to believe your I CA won't tell you why your contact is being terminated or not renewed, I have never heard of that happening.
