Bad wrecks

My company just sent a msg over the Qualcomm that said I-74 is closed at the Indiana- Ohio state line due to a multi-vehicle weather related accident.

We had one this morning on I 10 in phoenix
Flatbed lost his load of pipe fell onto the freeway below the overpass

 

FedEX hit the ditch to avoid the carnage. Only two usual suspects are CRST and Celedon. The rest were much smaller outfits.

On the the plus side the TastyKakes survived.

 

Indiana may have the worst roads and winter road crews I have ever seen..
If it snows to hard or its past 5pm they just pull all the trucks n go home..come out in the morning n see where the wrecks are..

 

They may win in the worst roads department, but I Think Florida has em beat in worst winter crew.

 

Yeah, Indiana's terrible at clearing roads. This is the worst I've ever seen them though, which is odd because there really wasn't that much snow. Freezing rain Saturday night and some snow, then a little more snow last night. Less than 3 inches in my area, and everyone has lost their minds.

 

Wow. Crazy. I don't want to die behind a trailer door. I'd go for the ditch too.
