    if you need them for freightliner just ask at freightliner dealer. they have them. also check on ebay or google it. I have seen online retailers.

    Sachs is the OEM supplier for Volvo Branded Shocks sold at your local Stealership.

    can someone describe to me the step by step for taking the old shocks off and putting new shocks on?

    Volvo branded oem shocks are Sachs too.

    Nothing to it. Impact or wrench off the old self locking nuts. Remove old shock, it might be stubborn. Install new shock. I put brand new self locking nuts back on and toss the old ones away.

    OK just saw a youtuber video about it too. My main concern was how hard is it to stretch or shorten them up to the mountings, looks pretty easy, no need to pay someone $150 bucks an hour to do it.

    It's so easy a gecko could do it. I suggest using a Impact or if you're going to use wrenches and sockets to have a good 1/2" drive breaker bar to break the nuts or bolts loose and a can of Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster to soak the threads for about 15 min. first.
